We are all about showcasing Australia's unique and exciting brews, directly from the brewers. This means that you get the opportunity to chat with them, learn, experience and most of all - chose your favourite brew!

Each brewery selects 2-4 of their favourites so that we have the opportunity to taste them all one by one. Weather you're a connoisseur or fresh on the scene, the brewers will help select something for you.

TOKENS

The festival is run on a token system. This means you purchase tokens and use them as your ‘currency’ for the day all food and beverages, rather than keeping cash. This will give you the opportunity to sample a great range of beer and cider and fill yourself up with some food. The token system is used at a lot of beer festivals as it keeps things flowing and avoids lines, which no one enjoys. A tasting glass and guide is free on entry, to keep track of everything you taste and love!

One token ($1.50) = 100ml beer

Too Many Chiefs
The idea to create a craft cider came about one summer night when all six chiefs were drinking imported cider and realised how crazy it was when there was an abundance of fruit in the Goulburn Valley region where we all live. That night was the beginning of two years of research, planning, many opinions and plenty of taste testing. The final result being a Pear & Apple Cider and a straight Apple Cider that we are extremely proud of.

7 cent Brewery is owned and operated by three engineers who are beyond passionate about beer. We are inspired by the craft brewers before us who have challenged the palates of beer drinkers, been brave enough to brew something unique and not follow the status quo of the beer world. The core philosophy of the brewery is to make beer that excites us and to make beer that we love to drink.
Two Birds
We believe in balance, both in beer and in life, so we aim to make the kind of beers that suit good times with your mates and also that match whatever is on your plate. We also like to have fun and do things a little differently, so expect to see some more out-there beers in the future!

Local legend has it that if a flock of black cockatoos flies overhead, you are blessed with good luck.

Blue Elephant Cider
"Scott Harrington recently established Biota Orchards in Harcourt, the heart of Central Victoria’s premier apple growing region, with a history dating back to the gold rush of the 1850’s. With over 20 year’s experience in the wine industry as a Vigneron, including stints in the Yarra and Hunter Valleys, Scott has decided to turn his hand to the noble craft of cider making. Owning the orchard means Scott can exert his meticulous control over every stage of the product development, from tending the fruit on the trees right through to bottling the finished cider."
Batlow Cider Co
Batlow is a small country town located in the Snowy Mountains region of NSW, about 450km south-west of Sydney. A combination of a precise climate, nutrient rich soil and careful growing methods by growers make Batlow Apples second to none.
